Best croissants I’ve tried!!!! This place is absolutely amazing. It’s a 40 min drive from my place but totally worth it! I was only able to take a picture of the twice baked almond croissant because that’s the only thing that made it home I ate the rest in the car lol. Absolutely delicious. The croissant was flaky but wasn’t falling apart and had lots of filling that wasn’t overly sweet and the most important is that their almond filling doesn’t taste artificial like in so many other places. The only thing I would like is if they were selling their coconut cream pie and pistachio cheesecake in slices so I could try some without having to get the entire tray.

I received these decadent treats from a client of mine today and let me tell you that I could not get out of the office before devouring at least one! The pastry was perfectly flaky and the filling … that was another wonder of the world! We shared another after dinner and had to pause for a bit but definitely looking forward to sharing the rest…. maybe!! Whether you are looking to enjoy these yourself or you’re feeling generous, these will not disappoint.

April 2024: Just an update… I ventured out for myself to pick up some of these delicious double baked croissants for some clients, and naturally for home as well. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they have certain flavours that they carry all the time and then switch it up depending on the season. They were ALL delicious, just like the last time but that Coffee Hazelnut Cruffin … I just couldn’t bare to share it - enjoy!!
