FROZEN PIES
BAKING & SERVING INSTRUCTIONS
CREAM PIES & CHEESECAKES
1) keep pie frozen until needed.
2) place the pie into the refrigerator the night before the pie is needed.
3) serve pie directly from the fridge.
FRUIT PIES & CRUMBLE
1) preheat oven to 385'.
2) place pie on middle rack . (Tray underneath is recommended.)
3) bake pie for 65 - 80 minutes. Once you see the juice thicken and the filling slightly rise, your pie is ready.
4) let pie rest for 1.5 - 2 hours before cutting. Slightly above room temperature is suggested.
*Please note, these are only ROUGH guides. Depending on your oven, you may need more/less time.*
SAVOURY PIES
Large Meat Pies
1) preheat the oven to 385'
2) place pie on the middle rack. (Tray underneath is recommended.)
3) bake pie for 65 - 80 minutes.
4. turn the oven off, keep the pie in the oven and allow the pie to rest for 30 minutes.
Individual Meat / Vegetarian Pies
1) preheat the oven to 385'
2) place pie on the middle rack. (Tray underneath is recommended.)
3) bake pie for 35 - 50 minutes.
4. turn the oven off, keep the pie in the oven and allow the pie to rest for 15 minutes.
